A custom Q number is a digital identifier in Q-Tel – not a phone number and not an investment. It's not transferable. Your chats, contacts and keys are kept when you switch.
Your previous Q-ID is permanently retired after the purchase and never reassigned. That way nobody can later pose as you under your old number.
